" I am struck by the thought that 'a flag is a rag to trample when people are smugly free, but something to protect when outsiders would do the trampling.' "

About the Presentation

How would our forefathers see America today?

What would they think about how we've progressed?

What would they say about the direction we are heading?

Tom Wetzel speakingIn 476 AD Rome fell to the Barbarians and darkness settled over the western world.

In 1776 the greatness of a newly formed country began to take shape through the skillful and compassionate sculpturing of a few impassioned visionaries. With profound dedication and personal sacrifice they finished their dream, closed their eyes in the silence of death and passed the "life, liberty and pursuit of happiness" gifts to their posterity.

The United States of America is ours through their sacred honor. Should for a brief miraculous moment those eyes of our gift givers be opened, what would they see and what would they feel?

"Silent Eyes" will move you through the emotional insights of our heroic sacrifices, pain, sufferings and victories to this point in time...then ask you. Will the 21st Century record a continuation of America's greatness or is 476 AD waiting to be repeated?

From Valley Forge to Baghdad, Silent Eyes are praying, "God Bless America"!
